We’re committed to giving people a second chance. That’s why we’re hiring prison leavers and people with criminal records as part of our Project Compass programme, developing their skills and supporting those who would otherwise be marginalised from the formal economy.
Life throws up many challenges and good businesses should support their colleagues through them, but not all do. Capita's Caitlin Kinsella (She/her/hers) shares her own life moment story and argues that all companies should be more flexible when life happens:

That’s been the case with Abbey who works within our Quality & Control department and saw an opportunity to develop her skills with a Project Management Apprenticeship.
