June marks the start of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer Pride Month. FactSet will celebrate the fight for equal rights for all LGBTQ+ people all month long with several virtual events hosted by our Pride Business Resource group because #PridePrevails.
Here at FactSet we are committed to supporting employees from home both physically and mentally. With our employees’ emotional wellbeing as our top priority, we’ve implemented a free global telephonic hotline to provide 24/7 availability of professional counselors to listen and provide support during this time. Over the past 8 weeks, our teams have deployed over 500 laptops and 4,000 monitors globally, as well as virtually onboarded 80+ new hires (and counting!) globally. We are all keeping spirits up with video meeting competitions such as Best Tech Setup, Best Mascot, funny hat contests and more. Thank you to all of our fantastic employees across the globe that continue to do great work every day.
FactSet is proud to support global relief and development organization Americares to provide personal protective equipment, infection prevention and control supplies, and training for health workers on the frontlines of the outbreak. Americares has already shipped over 17 tons of protective supplies and has more planned in response to COVID-19.
At FactSet we support gender equality. One year ago we launched the Women’s Business Resource Group to promote gender diversity’s positive impact on innovation, profitability and our employee experience. Throughout the year, we have celebrated women’s achievements, raised awareness against bias and organized local and global actions to empower and elevate women in our organization.
To kick off Black History Month, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ronald Taylor, CPA, Diversity Officer at The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Evin Floyd Robinson, President of America On Tech for a panel discussion on Diversity & Inclusion in Financial Technology.
FactSet is proud to earn 100% on Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index for LGBTQ-inclusive workplace policies and practices. #CEI2020

This week is FactSet’s annual Hunger Awareness Week when FactSetters around the world unite to fight hunger in our local communities. Last year, we helped more than 45,000 people to access 145,000 meals, in partnership with 27 charities in 23 locations.
Energized from our participation in the annual Grace Hopper Celebration, alongside our CEO Phil Snow, FactSet strives to empower and elevate women in #STEM. Through professional development, networking, and educational programming, FactSet aims to promote an understanding that gender diversity has a positive impact on innovation, profitability and our employee experience.
This summer, FactSetters around the world volunteered more than 1,300 hours to clean and green their local parks, beaches and waterways. We are committed to preserving natural resources and community green space in the places where we work. Thank you FactSetters and our partners around the globe!
