#TeamMHA Spotlight: Louise Louise started her MHA journey back in 1996 and has just celebrated 25 years at MHA, a great achievement! We caught up with Louise who said: "I work with some amazing people and can't see myself doing anything else. There are so many opportunities here to grow your career, I have been asked numerous times to work in other parts of the home to learn new skills and I can definitely say you can make a career at MHA, just like I have.”
To mark Black History Month, our Race For Change staff network invited colleagues to a #ProudToBe lunch. Whilst people were mingling and enjoying the food, there were informative displays showcasing black inventors from history that we might not have heard of to read and help engage in discussion. Some colleagues bought in food from their heritage to share but we also supported a local, small business ordering food from them.
