We’re proud to announce that OVO has been officially accredited as a Menopause Friendly Workplace! We know that menopause affects everyone – whether you’re going through perimenopause or menopause yourself, or supporting someone who is. At least 40% of women in the UK will experience menopause symptoms and 1 in 10 of those have considered leaving their jobs as a direct result of their symptoms. Achieving this accreditation is a huge symbol of recognition for the menopause friendly culture we’ve worked hard to create.
During July, OVO team members proudly marched in Bristol and Glasgow to showcase our commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone feels empowered to be their authentic selves. We marched to celebrate our LGBTQIA+ community of colleagues and customers, and to show our unwavering support for a world where everyone is loved, respected, and celebrated for who they are.
