Following the success of last year’s event, the time had come for PHMG’s brave staff to get lost in the name of #charity once again. Congratulations to our winners and to everyone who took part – and a huge thank you to everyone along the way who donated, supported and gave lifts to our brave participants.
On Saturday, PHMG staff and their families gathered in Jackson Park for the largest Mental Health awareness fundraiser in America - #NAMIWalksChicago. Thank you to all the staff and their families who took part – you raised an incredible $1,050 for a worthy cause NAMI Chicago.
As part of our continued support to our partner charities, we were thrilled to help out at SOS Children's Villages Illinois back to school celebration ‘Tailgate Tuesday’. The kids showcased their creativity at the coloring station, and joined in with yard games and a pop-up football field. They were even joined by Chicago Bears’ Akiem Hicks who made the day even more special. We can’t wait to get involved again next year.
All 9 of PHMG’s skydivers have made it back down to earth, and completed the ultimate act of bravery – raising $4,347.25 for the PHMG Foundation. Congratulations and thank you to everyone who took part.
On Saturday September 7th, PHMG UK gathered at Manchester’s Heaton Park to take on the Color Run – the happiest race on the planet. Every one of our rainbow-covered participants completed five colourful kilometres, making their way through a burst of powder at each of the blue, green, yellow and pink checkpoints. And when they crossed the finish line, they were covered not only in paint, but in glory for doing their bit to support the PHMG Foundation.
Members of our Chicago office represented PHMG at last weekend’s duathlon event, when they took to the streets to cover a 23 mile distance in the name of charity. After completing the gruelling running and cycling challenge, the team were rewarded with a fundraising total of $3,780 for the PHMG Foundation.
Last Saturday, PHMG volunteered their time at Manchester Pride – one of the city’s biggest annual events. Thousands travelled from around the world for the festival, and our staff played their part in making sure the day ran smoothly – all while showing their support for the LGBTQ+ community.
Our latest CSR initiative saw us welcome soon-to-be graduates from @SOS Children's Villages Illinois to PHMG. They had a great day building a custom track for their personal brand, and learning what makes us the world’s leading audio branding agency.
Last weekend’s cycle of Chicago’s Lakeshore Trail was a great success for the PHMG Foundation, and we were proud to raise $1,240 to support our five worthy charities.
SOS Children's Villages Illinois has a 100% high school graduation rate, meaning all the young people in their care earn the qualifications they need to thrive. Members of our Chicago team were sharing in their success as they helped out at the SOS 2019 Graduation Day.
