Listening to what our people have to say helps us to create an even better place to work. We encourage feedback through our Global Employee Voice, a network of employee representatives, and Peakon, our employee engagement platform. Feedback is provided via Peakon every three months to ensure that we always know what feels most important to our people. The opportunity to comment on an anonymous basis means that our colleagues can feel safe to share their honest opinions with us and we can continually learn from their feedback. This year we have responded to feedback in many different ways, including providing support with the rising cost of living and introducing a Personal Development Fund, giving everyone some choice about how they invest in their personal development. Our Global Employee Roadshows for April 2023 commence this week, a virtual event we run every six months to listen to and engage with our people and to enable them to ask questions directly to our Group CEO and leadership team. Led by Steve Wadey, our Group CEO, we have been talking with colleagues around the world about what we have achieved in the last year and our focus for the new financial year. We’ve also shared progress on our net zero programme and how we continue to invest in our employees and our business. Having the opportunity to share information and listen to our people is really important as we work together to deliver for our customers. #LifeatQinetiQ
