This recognition is especially meaningful because it’s based on colleague and candidate reviews, giving us genuine insight into how people feel about working at Royal London. It’s a fantastic achievement for all of us. In 2025, we focused on strengthening Royal London as a great place to work—enhancing the colleague experience and bringing our new Employer Brand to life externally. It was also the first full year of our in-house Recruitment team, who achieved an 87% candidate satisfaction score and a world‑class NPS of 79% (industry average: 44%).
