From a Geography Degree at Newcastle University and wanting to be a weather girl, Mads fell in love with cyber security! She became a Director and Chair of the UK's largest cyber security cluster, CyNam, and an NCSC i100 alongside her first role in the industry. She has gone on to be the Manager of the Chief Information Security Officer's Office while dedicating time to supporting the growth of the next generation of cyber security talent.
