It has been an incredible start to the week for our Support Service Apprentices, from meeting with their mentors to kick starting the 12 month project they will be collectively working on. Today they will meet with Senior Managers to get an understanding of their departments. Tomorrow is distribution day so lots of visits to our branches and call centres to meet our front line colleague’s to give them an understanding of how the customer is at the heart of everything we do!

Our Manchester Call Centre have done it ! Last weekend the team climbed to the summit of Snowdonia they have now jointly raised over £6k for Dogs for the disabled !
This week our Manchester call centre have been raising money for Dogs for the disabled! Dogs for the Disabled trains assistance dogs for adults & Children with physical disabilities. Every dog is specially trained to help with practical tasks that many people with disabilities find difficult or impossible to do.
