Pros
Nice building, use to be ok to work for.
Cons
Insist you go on the lunch rota when it does not work. Used to be able to go on lunch same time as another colleague but now the rota no longer allows this. Only allowed 1 person off per team despite sufficient staff numbers. Have to work Saturdays and Bank holidays. Not flexible enough for working from home. Job not what it used to be.

Pros
Salary is the only thing
Cons
Management doesnt care about staff. All they care about is targets

Pros
Nothing really worth mentioning at all
Cons
Horrible place to work. Managers will let their favourite staff turn up to work while still drunk yet have no support or alternatives for anyone unable to sell the horrible products their try and push. Zero chances of cross progression and the pay is horrendous

Pros
Flexible hours and working from home
Cons
Progression was dreadful Team promoted the useless and unqualified Disagreeing with any management meant being overlooked for promotion Couldn't hold onto staff

Pros
- Fantastic comradery from colleagues open to supporting each other as much as possible. - Appetite for improvement in processes and engagement.
Cons
- Toxicity at upper management level which caused undue stress to managers below. This had a knock on effect at mid-senior level which eventually caused lots of employees to leave at once.

Pros
Good for career development, I started on the phones and, I’ve had a number of roles throughout the business during my 14 year tenure.
Cons
The current owners appear to operate on an acquisition basis resulting in an abundance of change. While these changes are normally beneficial to both employer and employee, a recent change to balance the contracts resulted in a significant reduction to my existing benefits. It sent the wrong message in my opinion, it gave the impression that the previous owners valued my contribution more and, I doubt that I’ll ever truly get over it.
