Meet Anshul Sharma, one of our DevOps engineers. He has been with Which? for nearly two years and joined us as a network engineer. Anshul describes his role as being one of the invisible people working behind the scenes on our website, ensuring it runs smoothly, troubleshooting and ensuring our members can access our services. Anshul says: ‘I transitioned into the DevOps role and no day is the same. It’s a great time to be in our tech team as we are going through so much change. We are involved in upgrading and moving our systems to new technology and changing our current systems. It’s certainly not a BAU role!’ To view our current tech vacancies, please visit our careers site: jobs.which.co.uk/jobs/
Earlier in the year, we shared our anti-racism commitments with you. As part of these commitments, we promised to review our content and ensure our research is representative of the experiences of a diverse range of consumers. While we continue to learn and evolve our approach, we're reaching out and asking for people to share their experiences of discriminatory behaviour from a consumer's point of view. For example, if you’ve experienced discriminatory behaviour when buying goods or services or if you’ve been treated unfairly because of a protected characteristic. To tell us about your experiences you can either comment on our online community or email us directly at yourstory@which.co.uk

We caught up with Charley Gettings, paralegal and LGBT+ Network member, who identifies as non-binary, to find out what gender pronouns means to them.
