10 years and still going strong! 💪 Medical Secretary, Customer Services Administrator, Training Assistant, Training and Process Officer, Group Process Analyst. Rachael Farrimond has done a lot in 10 years. Her journey at Winns is a perfect example of the opportunities to develop, the varied paths that can be taken, and, ultimately, the feeling of staff that they’re evolving as professionals. Callum, a Senior Fee Earner in Vehicle Damage, and Lauren, a Senior Fee Earner in the same department, take the next step on that journey when starting their training contract at Winn Group.
