Winn Group has reaffirmed its commitment to environmental sustainability following a comprehensive carbon footprint analysis conducted by Carbon Footprint Ltd. One of the standout achievements highlighted in the report is Winns’ promotion of sustainable transportation alternatives. The company encourages its employees to adopt eco-friendly commuting practices by offering a ‘Bike2Work’ scheme that allows employees to save almost half the cost of a new bicycle.

Tim Wilson qualifies as a Solicitor! 👏🏼 Working in the Personal Injury department, he completed a training contract that started in August 2021. 💬 Naveen Sandhu, Serious and Technical Injury Claims Manager said: “It is a great personal achievement for Tim. “It is a result of all his hard work both before and during his training contract. He should be extremely proud of all his efforts and will no doubt excel as a solicitor both now and in the future.” Well done Tim, this is a fantastic achievement!

Elysia Smith recently expanded her job remit in the Vehicle Damage team to include being a Team Leader. 👏🏼 Elysia’s journey started as Legal Assistant, before becoming a Paralegal and then taking on the role of Training and Development Officer. Most recently assuming the position of Team Leader, this rise has happened over the past 12 months, demonstrating the opportunities the company can offer to the right candidates.
