Marking the occasion with flowers, champagne, and vouchers to spend, Amy has been one of the core group of employees who have made great strides with us. Initially seeking to stay for two years and ‘gain some experience in management’ Amy has been enamoured by a progressive culture, a desire to improve the staff in Winn Group and the welcoming and collaborative culture at the company.

She was up against four other nominees in her category, with Winn Group also shortlisted for the Client Care Award (26+ Employees). Unfortunately, we didn’t bring home any awards, but it’s a fantastic achievement to have been nominated.
Winn Group Executive Chairman Jeff Winn has been part of the debate in the insurance industry press of late, featuring in the Insurance Post. Forming part of the discussion around the new General Terms of Agreement (GTA) and the role of protocol in the claims process, Winn has provided his view on this topical issue after the announcement of a revised GTA in November.
Winn Group has secured its ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) accreditation once again after successfully completing a recent audit organised by an external agency. Following a detailed and methodical check of our policies, procedures, and practices, Winns completed the audit with no non-conformities (either major or minor). This is a significant and important achievement for the company, reinforcing our reputation as an organisation that adheres to high information management security standards, handling data with the sensitivity and discretion it deserves while conducting claims.
Careers are forged at Winn Group, empowering employees to progress in the direction they wish thanks to a variety of opportunities. For Liam Parker, it has been a varied 15 years at Winns, one that has taken him from Post Team to Sales Support, to Command Centre, and more recently to the Telematics Team as an FNOL Manager. Not necessarily a career path he had anticipated or planned for, but one he is appreciative of as it provided stability and opportunity.

The company has made the final list of entries in the Client Care Award (26+ Employees), with Katelyn going up against four other candidates in the Paralegal of the Year section.
Emma Jasarevic has taken on the role of Winn Group Compliance and Complaints Manager. An important position within our organisation, Emma will switch from the Serious and Technical Injury Team, an opportunity she was keen to grasp having gained extensive experience over a 15-year time period. The Compliance and Complaints Manager role involves handling formal complaints, mitigating potential issues around compliance and ensuring the highest standards are maintained in our departments, thus supporting the delivery of the best possible client care as we adhere to the highest legal and industry standards.
Jack Lambourn is celebrating after he achieved the CILEX Litigator and Advocate (Civil) title after extensive additional training and development. Currently working in our Advocacy department, Jack is now able, by law, to conduct Litigation without the need for supervision and can also exercise a right of audience in all county court matters relating to civil claims. Winn Group is a keen advocate of staff progressing in their careers with us, choosing learning and development pathways that complement their ambitions!
