High Turnover and Team Instability: I went through interviews with a hiring manager, several co-workers, and HR. It seemed thorough, and I felt confident about my fit for the role. However, my excitement quickly turned to concern when I realized that almost everyone I had interviewed with had left the team by the time I started. The hiring manager I had met was no longer in the role, and I found myself working with a new manager and team members I hadn’t met during the interview process. This was a major red flag for me.
