      Cons

      1) Too much of firing of people in probation. 2) Worst Possible Culture 2) Leadership is bogus 3) No growth prospect for next many years 4) It is a torture with 12 hrs work and with 3 months notice it will be tough to find job outside. 5) They have established some policies and so called A Values to fire people officially 6) There won’t be a singe day you won’t regret joining Amgen with whatever hike you get because it is worse people and decade old organisation. 7) Offer letter compensation can be reduced anytime after joining 8) You have to do lot of boot polishing of US people 9) People are demotivated and you will become part of that negative culture. 10) No proper reason given to people who are fired and nearly all US senior leaded act as dictators. NEVER JOIN IN LEADERSHIP positions you can easily get fired and they don’t like good leaders.
