      The work environment exists heavily in favor of management and feels chaotic and oppressive otherwise. Current management are managers not leaders who will throw hourly under the bus for any reason

      Great shift pattern great culture

      Pros

      Great culture, good shift pattern, decent pay and benefits. You get to interact with a lot of departments and do a bit of everything very well run from that perspective.

      Cons

      Company is divesting the site which is a pity. Management can lack a bit of organisation at times and can be a bit reactive rather then proactive and the training department isn’t great some members of the Quality department are very unhelpful and lazy.
