ALDI Area Manager Graduate Program interview questions

Online application followed by online assessments then onto a group interview which took 4 hours so be prepared for the long process. Hard to get noticed in the group setting as there was a good few people so try to be heard but not aggressive when trying to get your points across. Many people there had a masters degree rather than a level 8.

Online recorded interview, 5 questions with different time limits. 30 seconds to prepare before automatic recording began. No option to re-record answers. Option to blur image of self while recording.
