I applied online. I interviewed at ASOS (London, England)
Interview
Applied online and heard back after a week or two asking for me to complete an online video interview. This took 20 minutes and you could practice your answer before you were recorded. Took about 4 weeks for them to get back to me where I was invited to an Assessment Centre (group interview) which was a month away. Super chilled, just wear whatever you are comfortable in. There was 10 people in the interview and we had to look through some documents and decide what we were going to pull from delivery and what we were going to priorities and explain why. We then did a maths test which was admittedly really difficult (practice percentages!!) but you could use your calculator which was amazing. Then went to 1-1 interviews which were again extremely chilled and they were basic interview questions again. Heard back 1 month later via phone call to say I got the job and then received an email to follow. Job title is Merchandisng Assistant even though it’s advertised as Merchandising Administrator. All in all it took me about 5 months from application to starting (all depends on your notice period)

Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ASOS (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
After applying they emailed me the next day asking me to complete a HireVue interview. As they stated in the email, it wasn't as scary as it sounds! When you start the interview, you get 6 pre-recorded questions asked by a lady in the Talent team and you then have to video yourself answering the questions, so you're not actually on a live video call with anyone.
You get around a minute or so to prepare and then it automatically starts recording and you get 2-3 minutes to answer each question. Just be aware you can't re-record your answers.
There were then 2 written answers at the end which asked salary expectations and available start date.
I then got an email inviting me to the next stage which is an assessment centre at ASOS HQ, so I don't yet know if I will get an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASOS (Camden Town, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
After applying I was emailed to complete a 20 minute HireVue interview online. This was very simple to use and the following day I was contacted by the ASOS team asking me to come in for another interview in their Camden head office.
On the day of my interview as a group we were set a task on stock units and lowering the amount which we then had to present back. We were then taken to our 1:1 interview which was very calming and friendly. We then were asked to take a maths test which had around questions.
Hey 👋 Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so happy to hear that you found our recruitment experience easy and calming. Hopefully we'll see you back again soon!
