I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T in Dec 2021
Interview
Initial phone screen, technical interview, then behavioral interview. I used questions I saw on Glassdoor to prepare and many of the questions were similar. Overall, not too terrible of an interview process although it took maybe ~2 months total, which is normal. Also after my final interview, they said I should hear back in a week and I received an offer like 4 weeks later.

Question 1
Standard behavioral questions (tell me about yourself, why TDP, why this role depending on your role) for the first round. Second round was five separate case studies and how you would make decisions based on info. Third round was almost exactly like the LinkedIn 30 behavioral Qs
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T in Oct 2023
Interview
First you get an OA, then if you pass that you get a recruiter phone screen asking basic behavioral. Here is where I have an issue with AT&T. First time my recruiter rescheduled my interview the day of the interview and secondly the recruiter informed me that I would hear back within 1 week, regardless of outcome. It's now going on a month. I emailed her w/ a follow-up and no response, even with competing offer. Very slow process, would not recommend.

Question 1
For the OA there was some basic math, excel, and SQL questions
The interview process had three rounds: first, a call with a recruiter, then a technical interview with other current TDPs, and finally a behavioral interview with one of the associate directors. It was a smooth process, and the results were shared quickly whether or not you moved on to the next round.
