Interview
You may be interviewed by multiple managers at the same time. If so, it will most likely be the store manager and maybe an assistant manager. Questions will vary based on location. Similar to any other sales job, they want a "go-getter, hunter and competitive representative that wants to be number one". You must first sell yourself before you can sell the company's product. If the managers are talking more than you are, they already have a candidate in mind or they decided the minute you walk into the door.
Control your first impression: Dress accordingly, speak with intention, and interview them back with questions you deem important to your everyday work life.

Question 1
How would you get past a customer saying no to a product that we sell?
It is a basic customer service and teamwork questions. Asks you to teach them how to do something you're passionate about. Nothing crazy or unexpected. Laid back but professional, answered all my questions as well.

Interview
Interview itself is pretty easy. The two times I've interviewed with them as varied based on the manager, but they're pretty forthright with everything they're telling you and the expectations of the job.
After the initial interview, the store will likely assess your product knowledge. They may ask you about various cell phone models, features, or accessories, and how you would explain them to customers. This is to evaluate your ability to understand and communicate technical information.
