Interview
Online system is fairly intuitive, HR department seems understaffed and responses are slow. No confirmations and difficult to reach the HR reps for follow up. Website is helpful however has limited information.
Informal. No structure. Unimpressed with clear lack of enthusiasm to contribute towards culture. A very clear Abbvie / Allergan divide. Nice offices but empty and devoid of atmosphere. Didn't get the sense a place you could thrive if you like to challenge the status quo.
