The interview process was fair and very welcoming. I talked to the recuriter then the hiring manager. The recruiter then called me back to explain why I hadn't gotten the job. The concern was valid, I didn't have enough of one thing, I took this as I need to explain it better in the future. White glove service though. I will tell you that they actually cared about me and my candidacy.
