Human, mission-driven and intuitive. Focused on attitude, drive and customer, as much as technical skills. Genuine 2-way process, with great communication and expectation management. The Customer Service Manager and Director were inspiring and I could see the important role that the team play.
Good questions and informative information about the company and current goals for the future. Very open to speak to managers and info about company . Interview was average questions and easy flowing.

The interview process was great. The interview questions were open example based. It was panel interview, the management team was very nice and they made the interview very informative. The interview also talked about the company benefits.
