Not your standard CV and covering letter. Very thorough but interesting all the same. My experience consisted of a formal application, video interview, online personality profiling and a 2hr face to face interview with technical/competency questions.

Very dull and dry questions asked.

I first had online tests and then a telephone interview with Human resources. and then in person with the Head of Department. The interviewers did not try to trip me up, but were genuinely interested in finding the right candidate for the job
