Presentation by HR and head engineers about the company
A group construction task followed by a Q&A
Individual Business task where you would have to derive from given figures given in order to find your solution, VERY, VERY difficult, followed by a Q&A
Typical generic Interview questions. NOTE: They would also ask questions on a topic you will not know, to see how your thought approach works- not hard if you're good at planning and thinking ahead while in the present.
Overall ~7 hours, lunch, teas & coffees provided.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you have to take into account for interference when designing a satellite...and how you you fix (some) of these problems
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Airbus (Bristol, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Flowed very well, a comprehensive interview and they asked fairly typical questions. If you prepare a fair amount it is easy. But hours of preparation was not essential. Half technical, half personality based questions

Question 1

I applied online. I interviewed at Airbus (Bristol, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied back in September (the final interview was in January) - quite standard for a graduate programme. There was a game based personality test, group excercise at the assessment centre & an interview. Very positive experience - people at Airbus were very supportive along the way
