I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Apr 2016
Interview
I first met AlphaSights at a workshop at my University. I applied online afterwards. I was then asked to do a 45min skype interview with a recruiter. Most questions were about my CV. Interview was pretty straight forward and recruiter was really nice. I was then invited for interviews in London. I had 3 interviews in total there. People have already mentioned most of the questions on this site.I enjoyed the process- each interview felt more like they were really trying to get to know me rather than just test me. I received an offer 2 weeks after the interviews.

Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
