Interview
First I had to record answers to questions on a webcam. Things like "what was your first job?" and "What does alphasights do?". 10 seconds to read the question and up to a minute to answer.
Next I was invited to interview at their London office. Employees seemed very nice and welcoming. 1 on 1 interview that lasted just under an hour talking mainly about my CV and where the role fits into my career plan. It's helpful to know how alphasights works and examples of related services in other industry (travel agents etc).
