The interview process was long and extensive. After 4 months and multiple rounds, I was interviewed by an employee who was unfamiliar with my resume and who was unprepared to conduct the interview.

Explain the BREAD Process and how an associate would use it.
Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.
