I applied through university. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied on Handshake, and was invited to two webinars before my first interview. During the first interview, it was basically just a quiz asking me about information I learned in the webinars. A big red flag was that at the end of the interview I was asked "Now that you know what we do, are you still interested in this position?" I said yes, and I went onto the second round a few weeks later. It was a two hour case interview, and the last 40 minutes were just more behavioral questions.
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind

Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
