Many rounds to make sure applicants are a fit for the job. The case study round displays the future daily work quite clearly. Clear structure and the interviewers are friendly, however they are not always paying attention. Playing phone during talking with them

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
