Video Assessment followed by a phone interview (all behavioral - asked about the day to day of an associate), followed by an onsite interview that lasted about 2 hours. The interview was conducted by sets of 2 people, the first part was a case in which you needed to find 2 experts for each prompt as well as break down the value chain. This was difficult since that is barely enough time to even learn the basics of the value chains since the industries were very specific. There was also a role-playing component where you had to pretend to make a phone call. After that, it was all behavioral, but it was tricky since my one of my interviewers was asking rapid-fire questions so it didn't seem like a conversation. Also, he cut me off mid-sentence a few times which rubbed me the wrong way. Another annoying part was they only gave me a week to book a hotel room before my interview and only reimburse up to $200. This is not great considering hotels in NYC cost upwards of that amount not taking into account travel.
Overall, I met a lot of nice people, the recruiter was really helpful and responsive. It's a really interesting company but they need to adjust some aspects of their interview process.
