I applied for the leadership program. The entire process is(a bit too much) automatized and impersonal. They sent the negative feedback almost on Christmas Day like a gift! After sending your CV, you will get an invitation for doing several tests on pc. I believe that this method is quite stupid because they are not reasoning tests but only stupid games like memory, recognize the feeling of a person and let a balloon explode. They are games for a 5 years old kid. Very stupid way of screening candidates, just a way to let you waste your time and show that HR is doing something to earn their wages.
