At first, I sent an application for MTP. After a few weeks I had a short phone interview with Hudson representative. After that I was invited to the assessment day (Kiev). We were formed group of seven people. We get a business case and had 30 min discussion. After that they just announced the names of people, who succeed. From the 30 people who took part in the assessment day, only 2 was accepted to the final assessment day in Moscow.
