Interview
The interview process for an Apple Specialist role typically begins with an initial phone or video screening to discuss your interest in Apple, availability, and customer service experience. This may be followed by a group interview involving role-playing and team exercises to assess communication and collaboration skills. If successful, you'll move on to one or two one-on-one interviews with store managers, focusing on how you handle customer interactions, problem-solving, and your enthusiasm for Apple products. Throughout the process, Apple looks for candidates who are personable, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Question 1
Racontez une situation difficile et comment vous y avez fait face.

Famously competitive as always, my odds were better since I kept updating my resume whenever I was on the job search. They reached out to me first by email, I completed an application, and then had three rounds of interviews in total.
