Thought it was relaxed and okay, friendly store manager was interviewer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Argos (Eastbourne, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied online in July 2016. I got a call back a month later and was asked to come in for an interview the following day. I dressed smartly and was interviewed by the manager, who asked me questions and made me "sell" her mobile phone to her. She then put me on collection for 5 minutes to see how I interacted with the customers. I got a call back later that day to say I'd got the job. I came in two days later to pick up the paperwork, and gave it back in today (6 days after the interview). In two days I go in to watch DVDs and start my training.
