Interview
After applying online the local store gave me a telephone call a couple of days later and asked me right then if they could ask a few questions as a telephone interview. This was mainly about the brand, the actual position and responsibilities and also why I wanted to work at Argos. This lasted only a few minutes and after this they invited me into the store for an in-store interview with the store manager the same week. This second interview lasted a few minutes and is very relaxed and friendly.
Nice and simple. Straightforward. Clear, good communication. Clear date and time given. Accessible and easy location, nice staff. Easy to find. Good directions. Useful job description and person specification. Knew how to prepare and what to bring.

The interview was quite casual, the manager was really lovely and had a nice chat. Had to answer question on previous experience (does not have to be job related, if you didn't have previous experience)
