it's a friendly interview process and the process was quite straightforward. Everyone is quite cooperative and its fun. I have given lot of interviews but this was quite easy one

I applied online and received an invitation to an interview the same day. The guy interviewing was very awkward and seemed to not have much experience. Generic retail questions. Lasted around 15 minutes. I was told I would hear back two days later but did not actually hear back for a week.

Interview
Went early for the inteview. Dressed in black as you should for an interview. Was greeted by a hiring manager she was very friendly. Got interviewed by 2 hiring managers. The interview was taken in a room with 6 more people. The interview was very different from any inteview i've had before. They told us all about Argos and what is expected from an employee. They introduced themselves. Then we introduced ourselves.Then they split us into groups and we had to to a task which took about 15 mins. it was fun. You interacted with people you had never met before. Later they asked if we had any questions for them. Some people asked questions. Then they told us they would let us know if we had been hired.
