Online application followed by a phone call with HR to dicuss the role/location/package and a face to face interview with potential line manager and team member.I was asked why i wanted to leave my previous organisation, what I could bring to Atos. I felt the interviewers wanted me to succeed which helped me settle into the interview.

Comme il est classique, un premier entretien avec le manager qui recrute, puis avec des experts du métier et enfin la D R H. Peu de négociation concernant le salaire qui doit respecter les grilles de rémunération de l'entreprise
Interview process was quick and to the point. HR and management were polite and didn't rush through the interview. A pleasant experience! On the other hand, they expect you to know all about their internal processes.
