Started with a standard job application and the completion of two online tests (verbal and numerical). The application was successful and followed by a telephone interview. The phone interview was competency based and they asked the typical 'tell me about a time..e.g. when you were working on something and the scope/objective changed'. It also included questions about the company itself such as what differentiates it from competition and why do you want to work for it.
