Interview
Two rounds technical, once online and 2nd vidio conf, standard questions on spring,JPA, Android, and development process, no nonsense question, all were experience related.The consultant called up and fixed the interview date, then got a call from hiring manager , and interview happened, the 2nd interview was scheduled after shot listing,
informal, Atos were keen to delve into what I would bring to the business. They are looking for good allrounders not just technical skills. Company seems to value a willing to learn and develop new skills in Cloud.
The whole process was very positive. First I had a call from HR to speak English, than after 1 day I had a recall to invite me for a 2nd part- technical interview with my future manager. The questions were relevant to the position. I wated around 3 weeks for a positive call back (due to holidays)
