The interview process was quick and efficient. It was about 3 steps total, mainly virtual with an offer to follow. Even received materials so they began to onboard right away.
Fantastic follow up! The recruiter was fantastic and very easy to reach when I needed to ask additional questions. The interview process was very helpful because I got to meet different managers and directors as the process progressed.
They are very informative and explained the position in great detail. The interview was not intense, but very specific to what you would be doing if hired. All details were mentioned along with core values in their importance.
3 interviews. 1 phone screening (30 mins) , 1 zoom meeting with department management (~30-45 mins) , 1 zoom meeting with division director (~1hr). They are all very kind and welcoming.
