Filled out application online, called in for interview and given materials about the LPN residency program. Very friendly staff, explains everything in great detail. Answers questions with a smile, very personable and easy to talk to.

The interview itself was very quick and easy, the entire process has been long and grueling though. I was offered conditional employment on the spot. I am going on almost 2 months waiting to start working! If you have no Pediatric experience then you will have to take a 6hr course (even if you do have peds experience then you may still want to take the course because it is a lot of information you are expected to know), expect to interact during this course and most of all PAY ATTENTION! You will be tested on the material in the course/book they provide. Pay close attention to the questions at the end of each chapter as this is the best learning tool. This seems like a great place to work and after the hiring process is finally over, I hope it is worth it!
