The interview process was lengthier than expected, it was about 5 interviews total. Everyone I met was so kind and compassionate. You can tell they really love their job! The salary was lower than expected, but there is room to grow within the company.

The interview process began with scheduling a phone screening with the recruiter. A date and time were confirmed for the call; however, the recruiter did not call at the scheduled time. The following day, the recruiter stated that they had attempted to reach out but were unable to get in contact.

The interview process started with a recruiter reaching out for a phone interview. Once you pass that stage you meet with the office members and then interview with the divisional management.

I had two phone calls, and then a virtual interview. The first call was with the Bayada recruiter, the second was with the Office Manager, and the virtual interview was with the Office Manager, the Regional Manager, and the Assistant Office Manager.
