I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Brussels) in Nov 2013
Interview
The process was simple. 3 rounds with 2,2 and one interview. At each round, the seniority of interviewers is increasing. It is easy to plan an interview and the interviewers answer all questions. The cases were not too difficult in comparison with BCG for instance. Most of the cases are based on profit(cost-revenue) and growth(competitive environment). In the first round there are some figures, afterwards less and they more look at your insight and the way you crack the case. If they speak the same mother tongue as you they will do the interview in this language.
two rounds of case interviews, candidate-led, tackling a real client problem through a structured, hypothesis-driven framework. need to balance analytical rigor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach, focusing on delivering clear, actionable, and insightful recommendations
It was a straightforward process with two 30-minute interviews. It started with introductions and then the cases; you can have some time at the end for questions. The interviewers are helpful so you can ask clarifying questions.
Assesments sur TestGorilla (32 minutes). 2 rounds de 2 interviews. Premier round avec des associates ou bien des serniors. 2ème rounds avec des seniors et des partners. Interviws avec une partie fit et une partie Case.
