Typical consulting process. At the beginning you can introduce yourself, and the interviewer (usually a Principal or Partner) will do the same. After the introduction will start the business case where your analytical and reasoning skills will be tested. Speed and precision will be fundamental, don't mess it up!
i had an interview with Bain after completing my online assessment. They gave me 4 days to prepare for the two case and 1 behavioral interviews in the first round. Is this normal?
Typical consulting cases with 5 minutes of behavioral in the beginning. Two separate interviewers for the first round; math questions were not hard and mostly focused on market sizing. Good luck!
case studies and guesstimates followed up by resume questions. first it started with an aptitude test which was hard and then the short listing for interviews. we had 2 interviews per person
