Interview
There are 4 stages in the recruitment process:
1) Submit your CV/CL online: keep in mind that there are only 2 recruitment cycles in which all applicants are assesed
2) GMAT like exam: you have to go to the office and take an exam of ~25 quantitative questions similar to a GMAT test
3) 1st Round of interviews: reviewers will take into consideration the CV/CL/Test results and selected applicants will be invited to a 1st round interview (2 consultants interview you).
4) 2nd Round of Interviews: applicants who pass the 1st round are invited to the 2nd round (2 partners or 2 principals interview you).

Question 1
Consulting case questions (1 or 2 cases per interviewer)
2 rounds, 1st round 2 small cases, not very difficult , market entry cases.
2nd long case with a deck to read and prepare answers..45 mins to read, 15 mins to answer
Three rounds of interviews, generally 2 rounds in person or remote with live consultants. Each round involves a 2-3 case interviews each, which generally also include a set of behavioural questions.
Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
