30-minute initial interview. Took place in a casual environment. Questions focused on how previous experience would be relevant for the role. The role requires use of PLEXOS, so they wanted to know what technical skills I already had that could fast rack learning PLEXOS.
Long process. First stage interview is more of your CV, second stage is the hardest with case study and third stage is with a partner. The second stage will test your energy market knowledge and application of it

Optimal and a good learning experience. The last interview I had was based on two study cases and the interviewer put a lot of questions. The rest of the questions were pretty basic, but it took some time to prepare for them, since they are in a different format from engineering ones.
