There were 4 rounds of video interview on Teams. First round was with Hiring Manager and Technical Lead where the focus was on my current role and my technical qualifications focusing on my roles and responsibilities, challenges faced and resolved, what new innovations were brought in, etc. Second Round was with Principal Engineer (Test) where focus was on the Testing Principles, Processes followed, Automation Frameworks and Design, Testing Metrics Evaluations, etc. Third Round was with Senior Director R&D where the focus was on the architecture and innovations done. Final Round was with HR on Culture, Package discussion, Reason for change and Career aspirations, etc. Overall, it was well distributed covering all areas.
