Clear communication and process. The HR representative was quite kind and responsive. Also, the hiring manager was quite open about expectations. I also received an honest feedback after not receiving the offer. Although it wasn't happy end, I am completely satisfied with the whole process.

The questions mostly focused on the core method of the project. The hiring manager (Paula Marin Zapata) was very knowledgeable about the topic and asked very relevant questions.
